Terms & conditions
- Please note, this offer is only open to existing Elysfx customers with an active Elysfx account.
- The person you are referring must agree to us contacting them.
- Referrals will only be considered valid where the Referee has been referred by the referral form, and the referee has quoted their email address and customer number.
- All vouchers are sent to the email address attached to the account of the referee , all vouchers are issued in Euros.
- If the Referred customer transacts more than 3000€ or more (in a single or multiple trade(s) after opening an account with Elysfx, then the Referrer will be sent a 75€ voucher for the advertised value.
- The voucher will be sent within one calendar month of the 3000€ qualifying transaction of the referred client.
- The validity of the voucher will be stated on the voucher. If not used in the given time it will no longer be valid. There is no cash alternative. The vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant company Elysfx makes no representation and offers no warranty in respect of those goods and/or services and accepts no liability.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and excludes Elysfx employees and referring partners.
- The Referrer and Referred cannot reside at the same address.
- Elysfx is entitled to change or stop the “Refer a friend” promotion and its rules at any time.
- Any decisions regarding the validity of referrals are at the discretion of Elysfx.
